Dear John,

Three years ago today, the Supreme Court dragged women back half a century.

With the Dobbs decision, they overturned Roe v. Wade — not with regret, but with relish. They declared open season on women’s autonomy, women’s lives. They handed the gavel to state legislatures stocked with extremists. And then they walked away, leaving carnage in their wake.

We have lived the consequences.

  • A 10-year-old rape victim was forced to flee Ohio for an abortion in Indiana — while men in suits smeared her doctor and denied her pain even existed.
  • In Texas, a woman named Amanda Zurawski was denied care during a miscarriage and nearly died of sepsis while pleading for help in an emergency room.
  • In Idaho, doctors are fleeing the state because the laws make it a crime to save a woman’s life unless she's dying enough.
  • In Florida, a woman carrying a fetus with no skull — a condition known as anencephaly — was told by her state she had to carry it anyway, for months, until its inevitable death.
  • In Alabama, judges are granting embryos legal rights — freezing IVF procedures and calling it “pro-life” while treating living, breathing women as disposable.
  • In Texas, a woman with a fatal fetal anomaly sued for the right to end her pregnancy — and was denied. She had to leave the state to get the medical care she required.

This is what the MAGA extremists have done in just three years.

They’ve criminalized compassion.  They’ve replaced doctors with prosecutors.

They’ve put pregnancy under surveillance.  They’ve made motherhood mandatory — even in rape, even in incest, even when it kills.

Make no mistake: this is the world they want for all of us.

And they’re not done.

Project 2025 is waiting in the wings. If they win next November, they’ll unleash a federal abortion ban. They’ll shut down medication abortion by making it impossible to get the abortion pill. They’ll pack the courts. They’ll shred birth control access.

And they’ll call it “morality” while women die.

But we’re not waiting, either.

We’re organizing — for the Virginia gubernatorial and legislative races in 2025, for control of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court in 2025 , for every seat and every vote in the House and Senate in 2026. Because we know the truth:

  • This is not a culture war. This is a counter-revolution. And we are the resistance.
  • We cannot look away. We cannot burn out.
  • Because the war on women is not over.
  • And neither is our fight.

To everyone who has lost something since Dobbs — a pregnancy, a child, a future, a sense of safety — we carry your names with us. We fight in your memory.

And to those in power who did this: We are coming.  Not quietly.  Not alone.

We are the majority. Let’s act like it.
