$100 dollars on average.

That’s how much it costs just to apply for an apartment in Orlando. In some other US cities, it’s even more expensive.

And I’m not just citing numbers – I’ve experienced this crisis firsthand.

I was priced out of my home while running for Congress, and was houseless for two months. When I finally made it to Congress and moved to D.C., I was denied from multiple apartment buildings because unfair housing policies tanked my credit. There was no way to win.

It doesn’t have to be like that. That’s why I ran for Congress in the first place – because I know better than the career politicians out there that our system is broken.

That’s also why I need YOUR help to keep me in Congress and bring more people into this movement – because I can’t fix a broken system alone.

I’m counting on your support to prove that there's strong grassroots energy behind a bold housing agenda.

So John, I have to ask: Will you donate $27 right now so I can stay in Congress and keep building the movement we need to deliver on housing reform nationwide?
