John, over the weekend, Donald Trump unilaterally ordered military strikes on Iran’s nuclear facilities without approval from Congress.

This is not how our democracy functions. Not even close.

Only Congress has the constitutional authority to declare war. Trump ignored that. And now he’s dragging us toward war, even though the overwhelming majority of Americans do not want this.

This moment demands level-headed leadership, not reckless escalation. But that kind of leadership is nowhere to be found in Trump’s White House, and it’s why calls for his impeachment are growing louder by the hour.

We’re polling our grassroots supporters all across the country, including in Philadelphia, to hear what you think should happen next.
