CHEYENNE — Governor Mark Gordon recently announced Andrew Merritt of Kemmerer as the 2025 winner of the Wyoming Governor’s Wild Bison Raffle.

Commercial Fishing Boat Advisory Board holds second meeting in Casper

CHEYENNE — The Wyoming Game and Fish Department’s Commercial Fishing Boat Advisory Board met in Casper on June 12 for its second meeting, continuing discussions on developing recommendations for managing commercial guide boat activity in Wyoming.

Lutz receives high honor from WAFWA

CHEYENNE — Daryl Lutz, Wyoming Game and Fish Department wildlife management coordinator in the Lander Region, was recently awarded the Phillip W. Schneider Lifetime Achievement Award from the Western Association of Fish and Wildlife Agencies. Lutz received the award at WAFWA’s summer meetings in Provo, Utah, in June.
