Hello Friends,

Today, we celebrate the birthday of Justice Clarence Thomas, a towering and steadfast defender of the Constitution.

For more than three decades, Justice Thomas has championed the foundational principle that our laws—not politics—must govern this nation.

But today, that very principle—the rule of law—is under relentless attack.

From political prosecutions to selective enforcement, from activist judges rewriting the Constitution to lawmakers ignoring it entirely — we are witnessing an erosion of the legal bedrock that Justice Thomas has worked tirelessly to protect.

When we allow politics to overtake justice, we put our future as a free and fair nation at risk. The consequences for our country could not be more serious.

That is why we must act.

Our team is fighting back: supporting candidates who will defend the Constitution and standing up for equal justice under the law. But we can't do it alone.

Will you chip in today to help us defend the rule of law and carry forward the legacy of Justice Clarence Thomas?

This is our moment to stand firm. To honor principle over power. This isn’t just about politics. It’s about preserving the foundation of our country.

If we lose the rule of law, we lose everything.

But together, we can hold the line.

Defend Justice Thomas’s legacy—not with words, but with action.

Sincerely,

Amy Carnevale

Chair, Massachusetts Republican Party
