Donald Trump just bombed three nuclear sites in Iran including one hidden deep in a mountain with zero authorization from Congress.

Let’s be clear: this was a reckless violation of the Constitution. 

Trump’s decision to bypass Congress and launch strikes that could spiral into a full-blown war in the Middle East is exactly why we must have leaders who will defend our democracy, not bypass it.

Malcolm Kenyatta is standing tall, calling out this illegal power grab. Because the last thing our country, or the world, needs is Trump dragging us into another forever war just to feed his ego.

We can’t afford silence. And we sure as hell can’t afford more Trump.

Only Congress has the power to declare war. Trump knows that. He just doesn’t care.
