I want to say the quiet part out loud, team:
We’re living under an administration that is blatantly, relentlessly, and strategically emboldening racism in our country. And this hateful rhetoric has violent consequences.
A recent report from Stop AAPI Hate revealed an alarming increase in racially-motivated hate crimes since the November 2024 election. Meanwhile, this administration is rolling out a chaotic stream of policies intentionally designed to confuse, overwhelm, and exhaust us.
We’ve been through generations of intentionally divisive GOP leaders using their hateful rhetoric to incite racial violence and terror. But now, they’re bolder than ever before.
We’ve seen ethnic minorities unconstitutionally targeted by ICE, hundreds of millions of dollars in criminal justice reform programs slashed, and employers pandering to federal DEI attacks increasing unemployment levels across the country.
When Republicans at the federal level actively and deliberately harm our communities, we fight back by standing in solidarity with one another, sharing our resources, proving that empathy and compassion trump the politics of hate.
