Animal Care & Control Updates
Reminder: Dogs can't control their temperature as well as humans do because they can't sweat. This makes them more at risk of heat stroke in the summer, so make sure you're taking precautions to keep them cool and hydrated.
Tips to keep your pup cool.
- Give the dog access to plenty of fresh, clean water
- Make sure the dog has a shady place to get out of the sun
- Be careful not to over-exercise them and keep them indoors when it's extremely hot
