It’s clear from the violence we’ve all witnessed in our streets and on our TV screens that America desperately needs a solution to police brutality. Even Barack Obama has spoken out on the subject, urging Americans to “make this moment the turning point for real change.”
 
In response to the national outcry, Democrats and Republicans have both proposed police reforms -- and MSNBC gives us a clear look at the difference between the plans:
