AMERICA'S PLANNED REVOLUTION
|
Last week I spoke of the “No King” movement fomented by some of America’s wealthiest. According to some news outlets, the effort was a grand failure. The WSJ reported reasonable turnouts. According to Breitbart’s Peter Schweizer, it was instead a lesson to billionaires. His article the next day included the headline “You Can’t Buy an Uprising.”
I was pleased to read that Oklahoma’s own Dr. Everett Piper weighed in on the well-funded movement in his article last weekend in the Washington Times.
|
From Dr. Piper's Washington Times Article:
NO KINGS AND CHAOS
If you watched this past week's "No Kings" riots with a lingering sense of Déjà vu, together with a haunting feeling that the "fox is in the henhouse," you had good reason. This chaos is not without precedent, and it is far from the grassroots movement it is portrayed to be.
|
First, let's deal with the Déjà vu.
Because most of our current public schools have long since abandoned teaching anything remotely akin to an accurate version of world history, most people today are unaware that the anarchy we're witnessing in the streets of Philadelphia and Portland is not without precedent.
For example, in 1793, another "no kings" protest, otherwise known as The French Revolution, took place. This movement not only led to the removal of Louix XVI but also to the removal of his head. Some 20,000 others were also killed by the social justice warriors of that day, who, not unlike those now waving Mexican flags in the streets of Los Angeles, were shouting Liberté, Égalité, and Fraternité as they enforced their version of "democracy" with the razor-sharp precision of a guillotine.
| Also instructive is the Chinese Xinhai Revolution of 1911, which was a "no kings" movement that ultimately paved the way for the rise of Mao Zedong's Great Leap Forward and the corresponding execution of over 70 million people, all under the banner of the CCP's wonderful ideals of a "people's democracy." |
And then there's the Bolshevik Revolution of 1917. This, too, was a "no kings" crusade that resulted in the execution of Nicholas and Alexandra Romanov, as well as their five children, who were all shot and or stabbed to death by the protestors of Red Square.
The "justice" meted out by these precursors to Antifa set the stage for Vladimir Lenin's and Joseph Stalin's subsequent slaughter of 20 million Russian citizens, all for the greater good of - wait for it because it's going to sound familiar - "wealth redistribution and economic fairness."
|
Well, that's the Déjà vu part; now, what about the fox in the hen house?
You might think that a movement that explicitly condemns the political involvement of billionaires like Donald Trump and Elon Musk would eschew any financial influence from similarly wealthy fat cats, but you'd be wrong.
In fact, the "No Kings" marches of 2025 are anything but the common-man operations they pretend to be. Quite to the contrary of being spontaneous protests by everyday working-class people, these demonstrations are bankrolled by two specific billionaires, George Soros and Hansjorg Wyss.
|
Mr. Soros is, of course, the notorious progressive who has used his great wealth to blatantly interfere in the economies and political affairs of multiple countries across the Western world, including the United States. A quick review of his Open Societies Foundations shows he has given hundreds of millions of dollars to left-wing causes in his effort to destabilize America's constitutional system of law and order.
Mr. Wyss is a Swiss billionaire who has provided equal funding through his Berger Acton Fund to the 50501 Project as well as "No Kings" and other similar causes.
|
Records show that at least half a billion dollars from these two cash cows alone have funded the riots you've been watching in Los Angeles and Seattle. Here, we have two of the wealthiest men in the world paying for political protests against wealthy men being involved in political protests. If this isn't the quintessential poster child of the pot calling the kettle black, I don't know what is. These foxes are in the henhouse smiling with a hungry grin as they fatten up the chickens, who are mindlessly clucking on about their pretend predators.
The Old Testament Book of Judges ends with these words: "In those days there was no king in Israel, and everyone did what was right in their own eyes." This is a millennia-old statement that warns of the social collapse that befalls any nation that abandons the objective order inherent in God's revelation to mankind, i.e., the "self-evident truths endowed to us by our Creator."
|
The moral and spiritual chaos unfolding in America's streets right now, under the banner of "No Kings," is precisely why John Adams said some two hundred years ago, "Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people and is wholly inadequate to the government of any other."
To paraphrase Mr. Adams, there will always be a king. It will either be Christ or chaos. Or, in the words of the immortal Bob Dylan, we're all going to serve somebody; "It may be the devil, or it may be the Lord, but you're going to serve somebody."

IN CASE YOU MISSED READING
ABOUT OUR SUMMER BREAK:
We were all pleased with our spring finale with Governor Stitt and a number of luminaries. Video clips are below.
For some time, I have needed a sabbatical to catch up on my reading, to reflect, and to think more seriously about my writing. For that reason, we are taking an extended summer break and will resume September 17 at the Oklahoma History Center.
We now have an event team who will assist in our meetings which will oversee the September 17 meeting with Our Oklahoma Supreme Court Chief Justice. Former U.S. Attorney General John Ashcroft will be our guest in November.
In 2026, we will conduct weekly meetings in the spring, from February to May, in an effort to provide meaningful content for our legislators.
