I looked at the calendar today and saw we’re just over six weeks into this race—and some quick math says we have over sixty to go.

It’s a reminder to me that this is going to be a long, hard road. The attacks will be nasty. The other side will spend big to try and shut me down. This isn’t a road most people would sign up for—and you know that my friends think I’m a little crazy for doing it.

Here’s what makes me stand up straighter and get my nerve up for the road ahead: This team.

I can’t thank you enough for standing shoulder to shoulder with me in this fight. Unlike Mitch McConnell’s team, this one is made up of people like you, ready to fight for a government that puts people ahead of party, always.

What motivates me every day on the trail is thinking about you and your faith in this campaign. And I just wanted you to know—I couldn’t be more grateful.
