Dear Friend,
The 2025 World Competitiveness Report confirms what many already feared - Australia is going backwards under Labor.

In just one year, we’ve dropped from 13th to 18th place in global competitiveness. Even worse, our real GDP growth per person has collapsed from 20th to 60th.

This is not just a number on a page. It means fewer jobs, lower wages, and less opportunity for hard-working Australians.

After three years in power, Labor has no serious plan to lift productivity, with growth now at a 20-year low. They’ve missed every Reserve Bank forecast and continue to crowd out the private sector.

87% of new jobs created under Labor have been in the non-market sector. That’s no way to build a strong economy.

And their own budget shows they plan a decade of deficits and $1.2 trillion of gross debt.

Now, Labor is scrambling to respond. The Treasurer has announced a “roundtable” on productivity next month. It’s a last-minute attempt to cover for years of failure.

Australia needs serious reform to grow our economy, lift living standards increase our productivity. The Liberal Party will fight to deliver it.

It’s crucial that we get back in the fight and hold Labor to account. As we approach the end of the financial year, can you make a small tax-deductible donation to help the Liberal Party to rebuild?

Your donation today will help us develop a strong economic agenda consistent with Liberal values and hold this government to account.
