In February of last year, we flipped NY-03 in a special election that many thought we couldn’t win. In November, we held the seat in one of the most competitive general elections in the country, overperforming the top of the ticket by 8 points. And now, in 2026, Tom is once again one of just a few Democrats running in a district that President Trump also won.
