History was made last night. After forty-six years of the Islamic Republic of Iran’s hegemonic, genocidal and antisemitic ambitions, the United States, under the leadership of President Donald Trump has taken decisive action that has proven to reshape the Middle East. With the US military strikes on Fordow, Natanz and Isfahan, the Middle East and the free world can now breathe a bit easier.
Within days, Israel had targeted and created much damage to Fordow, Natanz and Isfahan. However, as we all know, the Fordow nuclear site is buried 80 to 90 meters deep inside a mountain outside of the city of Qum. Only the United Sates has the T GBU-57 Massive Ordinance Penetrator (MOP), weighing 30,000 pounds, capable of penetrating the massive concrete structure. Israel has proven in its bold military, cyber and intelligence actions beginning on June 13th that it has the strategic ability and military capacity and willingness to devastate Iran’s air defenses and to obliterate much of their nuclear program, their military and their Islamic Republic Guard Corps. However, without the capabilities of the United States, the threat of a nuclear attack on Israel and the free world could easily reconstitute itself.
Since the revolution of 1979, the Islamic Republic of Iran declared war on the United States by seizing the US Embassy and holding 52 Americans hostage for 444 days. Iranian IED’s with Farsi imprints on them killed at least 196 troops in Iraq, and as President Trump indicated approximately 1,000 Americans have been murdered by the Iranians and they have wounded many more. It has been preparing for decades to wipe “the Little Satan”, Israel, off the map. The next step was obvious: They have been assiduously devising intercontinental ballistic missiles to be able to equip it with a nuclear warhead to reach “the Great Satan”, the United States.
Says Sarah Stern, Founder and President of EMET who is currently in Israel, “The actions taken by President Trump and the United States last night demonstrate a genuine commitment to global security and the preservation of a real, meaningful peace that might be able to endure for generations, in a region long fraught with tensions. EMET applauds this timely military intervention, which serves as a stark reminder of the grave dangers posed by the proliferation of nuclear weapons. By targeting critical facilities linked to Iran’s nuclear ambitions, the operation underscores the imperative of preventing the genocidal Iranian Islamic Republic from acquiring the means to threaten international stability and the safety of allied nations. We are also preeminently appreciative that President Trump has coordinated and thanked Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, the Israeli military and the American military. The collaboration demonstrated by the United States and Israel in this critical operation underscores the importance of unity and shared values in the face of global threats. The precision, planning, and execution involved in targeting these sites reflect a deep commitment to preserving peace and security in the region. EMET remains profoundly grateful to US President Donald Trump for his bold, decisive actions, that may change the shape of history for generations to come.”
