With the chaos of global news, you might have forgotten that Elon Musk just had a public meltdown after being ousted from Trump’s inner circle. Or, Elon hopes you forgot.

During his major crash out, he posted on X: “Without me, Trump would have lost the election, Democrats would control the House and Republicans would be 51-49 in the Senate.” He’s not talking about votes. He’s talking about money.

This is what a broken democracy looks like. One where billionaires can flood elections with dark money, buy influence, and then brag about it.

Thanks to the disastrous Citizens United ruling, people like Elon Musk get to play kingmaker while everyday Americans are left behind. And now, even after Musk openly accused Trump of pedophilia, Republicans are falling over themselves to get him back — because they need his money to win in 2026.
