If Trump’s Big Ugly Bill becomes law, millions of people across that nation, including hundreds of thousands of people in Ohio, will lose coverage. All of this is happening in order to pay for tax cuts for the rich.

I want to make one thing clear: Democrats in Congress will fight this bill with everything we have.

Despite what Republicans think, helping American people who are struggling to put food on the table, get healthcare, and provide for their families, is not “government waste.” This bill is a rip-off for the American people.

Trump and his cronies are telling us exactly where their priorities land – with their billionaire buddies in Mar-a-Lago. We’re not going to stand for it.
