Timely response to a wildfire can make the difference between life and death. That's why I'm introducing the bipartisan WRAP Act to help equip our communities with the manpower and tools needed to contain wildfires and save lives.
Congratulations to Orange County School of the Arts junior Eunseo Choi from Tustin for winning our annual CA-40 Congressional Art Competition! Her work, “Blossoms of War,” showed talent and depth, depicting hope in dark times. We loved welcoming her and her mom to DC last week!
Orange County Head Start serves over 1,100 pregnant mothers, infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and their families each year. I appreciate their team taking the time to give me a tour and update me on their important work in our community. Thank you for all that you do!
I'm proud to lead a bill to rename a Tustin post office after former Mayor Ursula Kennedy and honor her lasting legacy in our community.

I joined Fox News over the weekend to discuss the violent riots in LA. Next week, the House will be voting on a resolution I led with the California Republican delegation to recognize the right to peacefully protest, condemn the violent riots, thank our brave law enforcement, and call on federal, state, and local leaders to come together to restore peace.
Peaceful protests are welcome, but violence and vandalism are not.
The Laguna Hills Health and Rehabilitation Center has one of the largest therapy departments in Orange County that provides vital care for our seniors, many who depend on Medi-Cal. I voted to protect and strengthen Medicaid services for our seniors and most vulnerable who rely on it.
Team Young has loved welcoming so many CA-40 families to DC this summer. If you're visiting, please don't hesitate to reach out to our office at the button below.
Happy Father's Day! I hope all of the amazing dads and father figures in CA-40 are feeling the love today. I'm grateful to have Charles by my side as a dedicated husband, dad, and grandpa.
Union soldiers brought the news of freedom to slaves in Galveston, TX on June 19, 1865, marking the beginning of a new life for so many across our nation.
On Juneteenth we recognize how far we have come and continue our work to form a more perfect union.
