Hi all,

It's been another very intense few weeks in Arizona and around the country. But at a difficult political moment, there's no better place to build community and find a political home than DSA.

Here in Phoenix, we've been meeting this moment in every way that we can -- speaking up against a possible war with Iran, joining millions of others at anti-Trump rallies and actions, ensuring that people know their rights in the face of ICE raids, and more.

At the same time, we're continuing to grow our power and build community through our ongoing work, including mutual aid, political education, and campaigning for tenants' rights.

And of course, we've been cheering on our comrades in NYC DSA as they push through the final days of Zohran Mamdani's historic campaign for mayor. Mamdani came into politics through DSA and remains a highly-engaged, dues-paying member. His campaign is a perfect example of what we can build when we work together.

Our chapter meeting tomorrow is the perfect chance to learn more and plug in. Can you join us?

The chapter meeting will be from 1-3 pm at the Escalante Multigenerational Center in Tempe (2150 E Orange St., Tempe, AZ 85281). Note that we're back at our old location in Tempe! There will also be a Zoom option.

RSVP NOW FOR TOMORROW'S CHAPTER MEETING.

Can't make it? We'd love to see you at one of our upcoming Tuesday night socials - check our Instagram for locations as they rotate around the metro area!

We'll see you out there --

In solidarity,

Phoenix DSA

PPS: Wanting to get more involved in the chapter, but can't make it to an upcoming event? Want to know more about how we work, our priorities and how we make decisions? Sign up for a 1:1 meeting with a Phoenix DSA steering committee and we'll get you plugged in!
