We will never kneel to any human, group of people, politician, or agenda. We’d rather die on our feet than live on our knees.
But an overreaching Supreme Court and a corrupt Congress have crippled American liberty. They’ve enriched themselves while jeopardizing the futures of our children and grandchildren.
They’ve destroyed the freedom of self-governance in states and local communities, and they’ve threatened freedom of conscience across the nation.
Fortunately, the Founders gave us a way to stand and fight.
Article V of the Constitution allows the states to call a Convention of States to propose constitutional amendments. These amendments can defund Congress by mandating a balanced budget without raising taxes, and reverse decades of judicial activism from the Supreme Court.
To date, we’ve filed the Convention of States Resolution in 49 states. 30 have passed our resolution through at least one committee, 23 states have passed it through at least one full chamber, and 15 have passed it through the entire legislature.
We’re winning. Now we turn our focus to Michigan, where Speaker of the House Lee Chatfield is one of our strongest champions, and we believe Michigan will be state number 16. But we need your support to push us over the top.
