On June 18, 2025 the Liquor and Cannabis Board (LCB) took the following action:

 

The Board approved a proposed rulemaking (CR 102) to consider amending WAC  314-02-045 to respond to petitions for rulemaking regarding reducing minimum hours requirements for for beer and wine restaurant licensees.
