It’s an honor to serve as your governor and to work hard every day on issues that are important to you.

So far this year, I have signed new laws banning “ghost guns” in our state, asking visitors to Hawaii to contribute a small “green fee” to help us protect our islands from the impacts of climate change, and making sure every child in Hawaii has access to the nutrition they need to succeed in school — and I continue working every day to reduce homelessness, build new housing, and make Hawaii more affordable for our people.
