Dear Friend,
The violent chaos that erupted in Los Angeles isn’t new to me. I’ve seen this show before and it started right here in Minnesota.
Five years ago, after the death of George Floyd, protests turned into riots. What began as calls for justice quickly spiraled into lawlessness. Cities were set ablaze. Small businesses were destroyed. Families locked their doors in fear.
I’ll never forget watching my home state descend into something that looked more like Caracas or Kabul than the country we love.
Now it’s been happening again—this time in LA.
Radical activists are rioting to protect illegal immigrants accused of rape, assault, child exploitation, and drug trafficking. They’re torching police cars and assaulting federal officers—all to stop ICE from enforcing the law.
Sound familiar? It should. Because we’ve lived it.
That’s why I’m fighting back. I introduced the Save SBA from Sanctuary Cities Act—a bill that says if a city wants to ignore federal law and harbor criminal illegal aliens, they shouldn’t get a dime of federal business support.
The bill passed the House. That’s a huge win. But the fight isn’t over.
The radical left is already mobilizing to block it in the Senate and smear anyone who dares stand up for law and order.
I need your help.
If we don’t hold the line now, what happened in Minneapolis in 2020—and what’s been happening in LA—will be tomorrow’s reality in every American city.

We’ve seen what happens when leadership fails. I won’t let that happen again—not here, not anywhere.
