Cities are worried about losing families. DC can set an example for how to keep them .
Despite overall population growth, cities are witnessing families leaving major urban areas at accelarated rates. Since 2020, the number of families with young children in the District has declined by 10 percent, more than double the national rate.

Learn how DC leaders can make investments to retain families, preserve and spur economic growth, and set an example for other cities facing similar trends.
