And proud of Mad

Madeleine Dean Logo

Team, this month has been full of reminders of why we’re so proud to have Mad in Congress. She’s doing what she does best — standing up for people, showing up in her community, and speaking truth to power. In a time of chaos, cruelty, and corruption from the Trump administration, her work couldn’t be more important.

But we’re also proud of YOU this month. YOU have shown up — in our online community and across PA and the country — speaking your mind, sharing your concerns, protesting against fascism, and generally standing beside your fellow Americans to fight for what’s right. Even just opening and reading our emails makes an impact. Thank you for your dedication to our collective movement.

Mad knows, none of this works if we don’t stick together — so she’s been hitting the ground and the airwaves to make sure she’s getting the word out. Here’s what she’s been up to:

Rallying with Supporters in MontCo

Mad attended the MontCo No Kings rally this past weekend and was blown away by the numbers, the energy, and the hope. She shared a powerful message about what's at stake — from proposed Medicaid cuts and attacks on Planned Parenthood to foreign gifts and military showboating. Read more about it here.

“Keep standing up, keep resisting, keep praising and telling the truth, and I’ll keep doing that too.”

Calling Out Abuse Of Power

After Senator Padilla was tackled and handcuffed by the FBI while asking a question at a press conference for Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem, Dem lawmakers rose up in outrage. Madeleine approached House Speaker Johnson with a warning: “Tell Trump to turn the temperature down.” Read more about what she had to say here.
