My 40 years in the Army National Guard taught me to run toward tough problems and solve them head-on.

"Shut up and color."

That’s what my drill sergeant used to say, Fellow Conservative. To get things done, you have to work hard and earn it. In other words, you have to know when it’s time to shut up and color.

I’ve carried that with me ever since, from spending four decades in the Army National Guard to serving as a police chief. I don’t owe my success to generational wealth or being well-connected. I owe it to hard work.

Only in America could a kid born and raised in Mexico come here at age 17, learn English, and enlist as a private and retire as a two-star major general.

John King for U.S. Senate

I can’t wait to put my resume up against Jon Ossoff. He’s a left-wing filmmaker and privileged elitist with no accomplishments to speak of.

He's been an AWOL senator. All he does is vote however the liberals want, and that’s why he’s already raised $11 MILLION from far-left donors to defeat me.

Since I got into this Senate race, I’ve followed my drill sergeant’s advice, Fellow Conservative. We’re earning support and gaining in the polls. I’m already within the margin of error against Ossoff.

But truth is, Ossoff is the best Democrat fundraiser in the country. To keep it up, I need all the reinforcements I can get.

I’ve been shot and stabbed in the line of duty, and I survived four IED explosions in Iraq.

Running against Jon Ossoff doesn’t scare me. Giving him six more years in the Senate does.

The only way to stop that from happening is for us to raise as much as we can now, so we have the resources to expose just how AWOL Jon Ossoff has been.

Will you join the mission and help me win the #1 Senate race in the country?

That way we have a senator who knows when it’s time to shut up and color, and put America First.

Thank you,

Maj. Gen. John King (retd.)
