I’m running for governor to bring Maine people together to solve the tough challenges that face our state, even when we disagree.

You have an important role to play in this campaign, John. Will you take my Priorities Survey so I can better understand what issues you think are most important?

Growing up in a small town, our community didn’t think about the local issues and decisions in terms of our political parties. We worked to solve problems based on what was best for our neighbors. I believe that is still possible for Maine.

That’s what I did as a state legislator and Speaker of the Maine House: I brought people together to lower healthcare costs, deliver property tax relief, protect kids' health by removing toxins from children’s products, and to pass one of the first marriage equality bills in the country.

Now, I’m running for Governor to take on the housing crisis and the climate crisis, to support our communities and good paying jobs, and to stand up for Maine against a president who is attacking the very foundations of our democracy. But most importantly, I’m running to fight for you and your family’s future.

My campaign is about more than what we’re up against. It’s about where we’re headed, what we stand for, and how we can build a better future for Maine. That’s why I want to know which issues matter the most to you. Will you take my Priorities Survey now?
