More than 200 wolves killed in 60 hours!
Stop the attacks on threatened wildlife!

Friend,

We’ve seen this before. When Endangered Species Act protections are stripped away, trophy hunters move in quickly to take advantage. The result: Hundreds of vulnerable animals killed and entire families wiped out!

Now, the Trump administration and their allies in Congress are threatening to roll back ESA protections for vulnerable species once again. If gray wolves and grizzly bears lose their ESA protections, their bodies could be butchered for trophies and possibly hunted to the brink of extinction. Can we count on your support to fight back? Please, rush a donation of $20 or more now to help Humane World Action Fund, formerly Humane Society Legislative Fund, stop the attacks on endangered species and protect all animals from harm.

The last time protections for gray wolves were removed, Wisconsin wasted no time in setting up a wolf hunt and over 200 wolves were slaughtered in just 60 hours! So many wolves were killed so quickly, almost twice the number of permits issued, that the hunt—that was supposed to last a week—had to be called off. The full impact on the wolf population is even more tragic, friend. Nearly half the wolves slaughtered were female, and many may have been pregnant—entire families were wiped out.

And it’s not just wolves, when grizzly bears lost their protections, Idaho and Wyoming immediately set up a trophy hunt too.

With your help, we can still stop the proposed rollbacks from becoming law and prevent this bloody history from repeating itself. But gray wolves, grizzly bears and other vulnerable wildlife are counting on us to act before it’s too late. Please: Will you rush a donation of $20 or more to Humane World Action Fund now to power our fight to protect wildlife and all animals from harm?
