Some days it feels like you’re the only one standing.
You speak up while others stay silent.
You defend truth and take the heat.
You carry convictions that your family members mock, or your friends quietly abandon.
If that sounds familiar, I want you to know: you are not alone.
Behind every email I send are thousands of people like you—faithful, steady, and quietly fighting the same cultural battles.
Last week, I was reminded just how real that is.
I attended the National Association of Christian Lawmakers summit, where I met state senators and representatives—men and women who are standing for life, family, and freedom under intense pressure.
Some have been betrayed by their own colleagues. Others face constant opposition from the media, the courts, and even their party. These are "normal people" who are still standing.

One of them looked me in the eye and said,
“I’m still standing because I know there are faithful people out there who refuse to bow. That keeps me going.”
She was talking about you.
Because here’s the truth:
Divide and conquer isn’t just a metaphor—it’s a strategy.
Our number one enemy is division.
Our number one strategy is connection—intentional, unbreakable.
You are part of a movement that doesn’t quit.
I learned again this week that even when we feel isolated, we are not alone.
So today, I’m asking you to do two things:
- Reply to this email and let me know what keeps you going.
- Send a note or a text to someone who gave you courage, or who needs it now.
I really look forward to hearing from you!
