We just got some bad news from the Fifth Circuit: school Gun Free Zones have been upheld, which has chilling implications for the current nationwide carry legislation on the table. That’s because H.R. 38 currently allows state and local governments to ban carry on ALL public property.

Friend,

We just got some bad news from the Fifth Circuit: school Gun Free Zones have been upheld, which has chilling implications for the current nationwide carry legislation on the table.

That’s because H.R. 38 currently allows state and local governments to ban carry on ALL public property.

And now thanks to this awful Fifth Circuit decision, Gun Free Zones have the court’s blessing, making it even harder to carry without fear of government entrapment.

That means - unless we fix & then pass H.R. 38 in exactly that order - gun owners could soon be lulled into supporting legislation with multiple felony traps!

Our mission is clear: we MUST convince Congress to implement FPC’s recommended changes. But in order for that to happen, we need YOUR voice to be heard!

Friend, it only takes one click, but fixing and passing H.R. 38 could change everything!

Then, after you take action, please help ensure mission success by making a contribution of $25, $50, or even $100 to support our fight and power the work.

Your right to carry is severely diminished if government bureaucrats can stop you at every turn, and we need to make sure that Pres. Trump only receives a quality reciprocity bill!

So TAKE ACTION right now, Friend! Make your voice heard and help remove the felony traps from H.R. 38 - and then pass it!

For freedom and liberty,

The FPC Team
