Dear A.,

The Israeli Air Force bombed Iran’s Arak heavy water reactor this morning, a facility meant for producing plutonium for nuclear weapons. Israel also conducted a second strike on the Natanz enrichment facility and dozens of other military sites.

40 fighter jets dropped 100 munitions on dozens of Iranian military facilities in Tehran and other areas of Iran.

The strike on Arak, "targeted the component intended for plutonium production, in order to prevent the reactor from being restored and used for nuclear weapons development,” the IDF said.

This morning in Israel, the Iranian regime fired around 30 ballistic missiles at Israeli cities. One crashed into the Soroka Medical Center in Beersheva, the largest hospital in southern Israel.

The impact from the barbaric attack destroyed numerous buildings in the hospital complex and left 150 people injured. Remarkably, the main building struck had been evacuated one day prior, preventing a devastating mass casualty event.

"We are hitting with precision the targets of the nuclear and missile programs, and they're hitting the children's ward of a hospital. That tells you everything," Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu said today visiting Soroka.

“It is a war crime by the Iranian regime, deliberately targeting innocent civilians and medical teams dedicated to saving lives. The Health Ministry was prepared in advance, and thanks to the immediate actions we took, a major disaster was averted,” Health Minister Uriel Buso said.

Reporting on the scene of the attack, Fox News correspondent Trey Yingst

said that, "The emergency room at Soroka was still operating when we arrived. One Palestinian doctor had an IV port in his hand and cuts on his arm. He was still working, treating Muslim and Jewish patients, despite being wounded in the ballistic missile strike."

Just south of Tel Aviv in Holon, a missile exploded in a residential area near a kindergarten, causing major damage to several apartment buildings and a synagogue.

Four people were seriously injured and 16 were wounded in total. Rescue workers removed those trapped under the rubble.

Another missile struck the city of Ramat Gan, one of Israel's main financial districts, causing widespread destruction to high-rise buildings, seriously injuring two people, and lightly injuring at least 20 others.

A baby was evacuated from the site of a direct hit.

Iran is deliberately targeting civilians, seeking to cause maximum civilian casualties and indiscriminate damage, underscoring Israel's urgent need to prevent this genocidal regime from having a nuclear weapon.

Trump: Decision on Iran strike "within two weeks"

White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt shared a message from President Trump to reporters today about America's involvement in strikes against Iran: "Based on the fact that there's a substantial chance of negotiations that may or may not take place with Iran in the near future, I will make my decision whether or not to go within the next two weeks."

Asked what a potential deal with Iran would need to entail, Leavitt reaffirmed the president's position. "

No enrichment of Uranium and... Iran is absolutely not able to achieve a nuclear weapon . The President has been very clear about that."

95% of drones launched by Iran have been intercepted — IDF

Israel has intercepted hundreds of UAVs launched from Iran toward Israel, with

more than 95% of threatening drones shot down before they could inflict damage on Israeli cities and towns.

The intercepted drones were intended to strike Israeli population centers, underscoring the ongoing threat to civilians.

Since 2020, AIPAC has lobbied Congress to invest more than $180 million in U.S.-Israel counter-drone cooperation.

More U.S. munitions land in Israel

Several cargo planes carrying armaments and military equipment for the IDF landed in Israel today.

Israel's defense ministry said the delivery is "part of efforts to strengthen operational continuity and support all the IDF’s needs, both for achieving the goals of the war and for improving readiness and stockpiles."

Since the start of Israel's operation against Iran, 14 cargo planes with equipment for the IDF have landed in Israel, joining 800 others that have arrived since the beginning of the war.

The vast majority of the planes have come from the United States.

Much of the military equipment Israel is using to confront Iran is purchased with the vital annual security aid that AIPAC lobbies for each year. The ability for Israel to acquire the most advanced weapons and capabilities is a direct byproduct of our work with Democrats and Republicans in Congress.
