Hi there,

There is a very simple exercise to add to your Power Plate routine. It'll help all of us keep a straighter and stronger spine as we get older.

It will also help those of us who play golf.  When your spine is straighter and stronger, it is more stable.

This creates a stable axis that makes it easy to hit a crisper, cleaner golf shot. A strong healthy spine means a swing that is more naturally on plane.

A more stable spine also means a more steady head. When your head is steady, you are more likely to hit the ball clean.

Your approach shots will land on the green.

This is the reason so many PGA tour golfers have used Power Plate over the years. And why Power Plate is being added to most gyms that cater to athletes.

A stable and steady spine also helps keep your posture in a good place. We all need to do this exercise, and it especially helps us as we get older.

Watch this 2 minute video here on the Power Plate website.  This is easy to remember once you see it!

How does one get started with Power Plate?

Our introductory model with the same 3D engine is the Personal Power Plate. At 35 pounds it is portable and can be put in a car.  The Power Plate MOVE is our most popular home model and can be used by every member of the family. (Even the dogs and cats!).

Many Pro sports teams use the Pro 5 and the Pro5HC.  Elite gyms like Lifetime and Equinox make the Pro7 available to their members.
