C-Fam spent more than two years in creating the largest online human rights database tracking UN pressure on abortion and gender. The database shows massive increase in pressure from these treaty monitoring bodies on UN Member States. Rebecca Oas, Ph.D., who created the database, reports [[link removed]].

One of these treaty monitoring bodies has ordered Guatemala to legalize abortion and that any restrictions violate existing human rights. This, of course, is a lie, but one that will force Guatemala and other countries to respond. Stefano Gennarini, J.D. reports [[link removed]].

UN Committee Tells Guatemala to Redefine Forced Abortion
