The last few months have made it clear that Donald Trump thinks he’s above the law. Since his inauguration, he has:

1. Fired thousands of federal employees in violation of the law
2. Illegally invoked the Alien Enemies Act to deport immigrants and deny due process
3. Withheld congressionally appropriated funds from government agencies
4. Defied the 14th Amendment and attempted to end birthright citizenship
5. Tried to dismantle the Department of Education without Congressional approval
6. And so much more…

Unfortunately, Trump may never face consequences for his illegal actions thanks to the Supreme Court’s ruling granting him “absolute immunity”.

But the Supreme Court has revisited and reversed their decisions before. For example, the Dobbs decision overturned Roe v. Wade, Obergefell v. Hodge legalized same-sex marriage, and Brown v. Board of Education ended the “separate but equal” doctrine.

So in light of this legal precedent, we’re circulating a massive petition to convince the Court to overturn Trump’s immunity. It’s the only way to ensure justice is served.
