Dear Judicial Watch Member,
At Judicial Watch, we don’t play the
Washington game of “just move on.”
Instead, we hold government officials accountable to the American people
under the law for their actions, no matter how long it takes!
And
we cannot let up now…and that’s why I am asking you to join with
us and make a contribution to help us today.
We dig in for the long haul, and use the courts and the legal
system to get to the facts that the American people have a right to know,
even when the government stonewalls us and the media looks the other
way…
- Thats why we just sued the Defense Department for all records
regarding U.S. military personnel possibly contracting Covid-19 during the
World Military Games in Wuhan, China, in October 2019. We have done more
to inform Americans about the source of the pandemic and our
government’s failures in responding to it than any group in
America.
And we are fighting on many other fronts for the rule of law, and
government transparency and accountability!
- We recently sued the Department of Homeland
Security for records of the Federal Emergency Management
Agency (FEMA) payments to New York City for migrant
housing…apparently $59 MILLION for luxury hotels! We hold
every administration accountable for its actions, and we urge the
Trump administration to prioritize transparency about this potentially
illegal misuse of government funds!
- We are in court against three states challenging them to follow
federal law and clean their voter rolls to help ensure honest elections,
and we are preparing to appear before the U.S. Supreme Court in our
historic challenge to Illinois’ law
“extending” Election Day by up to 14 days.
- And we keep fighting in the courts against reparations and other
ugly and unconstitutional woke programs.
The financial pressures on us are enormous and federal and state
bureaucrats continue to stonewall our lawful open records
requests…and that is why
I ask you to join with us today.
I look forward to welcoming you to the Judicial Watch family of
supporters! Thank you!
Sincerely,
Thomas Fitton President
