While we were sending an email about Senator Alex Padilla's shameful arrest at a Kristi Noem press conference we learned that Democratic candidate for New York City Mayor, Brad Lander, was roughed-up and arrested by ICE agents at immigration court.
Again, the Trump administration has shows it will use force to control, silence, and detain anyone who speaks out against them - including elected officials who are just doing their jobs.
Below is the email we sent the other day where Senator Padilla makes an emotional plea for Democrats to stand up against Donald Trumps' authoritarian power grabs.
