This in-office position plays a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, supporting our team with administrative, financial, and clerical tasks. Position: Office Assistant (Part-Time) Location: In-Office | Must reside in New Mexico Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM Hourly Pay: $18.00/hour | 20 hours/week Deadline to Apply: July 2, 2025 Key Responsibilities: Support office and administrative functions Answer phones, manage emails, log mail and checks Assist with donation and check deposits Maintain calendars and track receipts Coordinate with the finance and operations team Help ensure an efficient, values-aligned workplace Ideal Candidate Will Have: High school diploma or equivalent Excellent customer service, organization, and communication skills Experience working with tribal communities preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Zoom, Calendly, and related tools Strong judgment and discretion when handling sensitive information This is a non-exempt position requiring in-office presence and a passion for supporting Native communities through strategic operations and service.
