Free Lunch for Kids and Teens
 This summer, from now through Friday, August 8, kids and teens ages 18 and under can enjoy FREE lunch at select LA County Library locations. Meals are available on a first come, first served basis during the hours of 12 – 1 pm, either Monday – Friday or Tuesday – Friday, depending on the location. There are no restrictions on family income to receive a free lunch. Menus vary daily; please contact your local participating location for menu information. For information, click here.

Youth Sailing Camp in Marina del Rey
 Youth Sailing Camps are back this summer, ready to offer exciting outdoor adventures with campers (11–17 years old) in Marina del Rey! LA County Minimum Wage Increases July 1st
 On July 1, the minimum wage for workers in the unincorporated areas of LA County will increase to $17.81 per hour.
