This case reminds me of why I started this organization in the first place. I'm Warner Mendenhall, co-founder of Freedom Counsel, and I'd like to share with you the important work we're doing at Freedom Counsel to help those affected by COVID policies.

One of the things I find most compelling is that American citizens have really stood up for their own constitutional rights.


We’ve had a real awakening to –

- Constitutional rights
- Privacy
- Religious freedom
- Medical freedom
- Right to speak
All of these rights have been revived in the population because they came under attack by our own government. The government came at us through every institution in our daily lives.


This is the new civil rights movement.


Our rights have been taken away in every area of our lives, but American citizens are reclaiming the Constitution and our individual rights by holding these bad actors accountable.
