It's almost inevitable that this bill will be back, perhaps as part of the final version of Trump's "One Big Beautiful Bill," which also includes a whopping $50 billion tax increase on nonprofits.
And then there are Trump's barrage of defamation lawsuits, which have led to multi-million dollar settlements that would absolutely bankrupt Common Dreams.
Let's be clear: We will not back down from this president — or any elected leader — ever. And we'll use every legal tool at our disposal to fight back if he comes after us.
