Alabama Arise Action has a goal of raising $10,000 by June 30 to fund our work in opposition to devastating proposed federal cuts to health coverage and SNAP. These cuts would make health care and food more expensive for families across Alabama – all to help pay for tax breaks for billionaires.
Excitingly, we’re already more than 82% to our goal! This means that a donation of any amount makes a huge difference to help meet our target and continue working to protect essential health care and food assistance programs.

Many of our federal officials are working hard — to take away health care and food assistance from millions of people. So while the Alabama legislative session may be over, our foot is still on the gas to help protect our neighbors from relentless, chaotic federal attacks on the rights and well-being of Alabamians.
We have a goal of raising $10,000 for Alabama Arise Action between now and June 30 to fund our visits to meet with our federal lawmakers and circulate action alerts in opposition to the proposed Medicaid and SNAP cuts.
