Friend,

I won’t sugarcoat this: Endangered species are under attack. Dangerous bills are moving in Congress that could eliminate protections for gray wolves, grizzly bears and other vulnerable animals protected by the Endangered Species Act. These bills could undo over 50 years of progress in the fight against human-caused extinction and cause massive devastation to wildlife habitats.

We must stop these bills from becoming law or risk losing gray wolves, grizzly bears and other iconic and beloved species forever. Please, will you make an urgent donation of $20 or more to Humane World Action Fund, formerly Humane Society Legislative Fund, today to help protect vulnerable wildlife and protect animals everywhere from harm?

Here’s a quick look at some of the threats posed by these new deadly bills:

Ending protected status for gray wolves under the Endangered Species Act.
Removing ESA protections for grizzly bears in the Greater Yellowstone and Northern Continental Divide ecosystem.
With critical protections removed, wolves and grizzly bears will be targeted by trophy hunters, jeopardizing their already fragile recovery from killing campaigns that brought them to the brink of extinction.
Blocking courts from reviewing delisting decisions—one of the main tools we have for fighting back against cruel, anti-wildlife actions!

It’s clear: If these bills succeed, gray wolves and grizzly bears could be left without livable habitats and even hunted to extinction. And they won’t be the only species to suffer this horrific fate. We can’t let that happen.

We must stop these dangerous attempts to roll back Endangered Species Act protections before they cause irreversible damage to wildlife populations and their habitats. If you’re with us in this fight, please donate $20 or more now to help resist these anti-wildlife bills, ensure the Endangered Species Act remains strong and continue our urgent work to protect all animals from harm.
