So far, my office has filed *23 lawsuits* to block Trump’s frequent, illegal abuses of executive power.

We sued the Trump administration to stop the president from meddling in Colorado’s free and fair elections–and won a preliminary injunction to stop it.

We’ve taken Trump to court to block his order to illegally fire 90% of AmeriCorps' workforce and shutter the agency for good–and won a preliminary injunction to stop it.

When Donald Trump tried to override the Fourteenth Amendment and ban birthright citizenship—on his first day in office—we sued him in court to block his illegal order. We also won a preliminary injunction to stop it, which is now in the U.S. Supreme Court for review.

We’re fighting Trump’s illegal mass federal layoffs, his abuse of tariff powers, and so much more.

My message for this administration is simple: I will always fight to defend the Constitution when our rights are on the line, because I’m not afraid to stand up for what I believe in, even if I have to take on the President of the United States.

I’m not willing to sit by in the face of dangerous actions that undermine the rule of law. My office will continue to fight each and every illegal action Trump takes that harms Coloradans, because America elected Donald Trump President — not king.
