Hello John,
This month, Attorney General Pam Bondi announced the administration’s intent to sideline the American Bar Association (ABA) from the judicial vetting process — a move that will undoubtedly kick open the door to even more unqualified, more politically motivated judges. With the ABA sidelined, Alliance for Justice’s research on judicial nominations is even more crucial. |
For decades, the ABA has helped ensure that nominees are evaluated by legal professionals on
merit. The ABA’s evaluation is a basic safeguard against confirming unqualified loyalists, and removing it from the process is yet another clear attack on the integrity of our courts, the impartiality of the judicial system, and the future of our democracy.
AFJ needs your support to: -
Rigorously investigate the backgrounds of Trump’s nominees,
- Expose efforts to politicize the courts and advocate against Trump’s unqualified nominees
- Stand up for equal justice under the law.
➡️ Donate today to protect a fair, impartial judiciary.
Our democracy depends on the courts we can trust. Help us keep them that way.
Thank you, Jake Faleschini |
