- In Los Angeles, radical activists are
burning American flags and cop cars during violent riots.
- In Washington, D.C., homicides are hitting
record highs, and the city council still wants to cut funding for law
enforcement.
- In Chicago, elected officials are setting
illegal immigrants free, even those with prior weapons charges, all because
it’s a so-called “sanctuary city.”
- In Texas, ICE agents were publicly smeared
by President Biden after being falsely accused of “whipping”
illegal immigrants. A claim that was completely debunked, but never
retracted.
You see, the very people who swore to protect
us are under attack, all because they dared to wear the badge.
But I have a plan to fight back.
My name is Jesse Binnall. You might have seen me before on Fox News or
Newsmax fighting against election fraud and weaponized government
prosecutions. Today, I’m humbled to serve as the President of The Kash
Foundation.
The Kash
Foundation, founded by Kash Patel, supports law enforcement who are being
politically targeted, wrongfully prosecuted, and silenced for doing their
jobs.
Although Kash has been called to a new mission, the Kash Foundation
continues to embody the bold vision he set in motion, one rooted in truth,
justice, and fearless accountability.

Law enforcement is being set up to fail. And it’s patriots like you who

This is what is at stake:
- The radical Left is targeting law enforcement:
They're using politics and public pressure to punish those who
protect us, and it's working. Now, many are scared to act, second-guessing
every decision, and wondering if anyone still has their back.
- Crime is spilling into every neighborhood:
Carjackings, home invasions, and violent assaults aren’t just
big-city problems anymore. They’re happening in suburbs, small towns, and
rural communities.
- Emergency response is slowing down: In some areas,
it takes 15, 20, even 30 minutes for law enforcement to arrive...if they
come at all. That delay can cost lives.
Good
cops across the country desperately need backup, and right now, you are the
backup they need to protect our country.

When others turned their backs, we stepped in.
The Kash Foundation hasn’t been around long, but in our short existence,
we’ve distributed over $1,000,000 in grants to America First patriots in
need.
The Kash Foundation is proud to share that it has been able to:
- Provide financial support and care for families of fallen officers.
When a law enforcement officer doesn’t make it home, we can help cover
funeral expenses and provide direct support to the spouse and children left
behind.
- Provide scholarships to children of those who gave everything. The
loss of a parent in the line of duty is life-shattering. We provide
scholarships that help those kids so their parents’ sacrifice doesn’t
define their future.
- Fund legal defenses for service members falsely accused and
abandoned by the system. When they are caught up in a political firestorm
that costs them their job, we help them and their family make do while they
are in the eye of the storm.
And
with your help, we’ll do even more.
You and I can’t sit this one out, not while those who protect us
are being taken down by politics and fear.
