In the wake of George Floyd's death at the hands of a Minnesota police officer, we have seen Americans calling for police reform in every state. From protests in major cities to single-person marches in small towns, this country is ready for substantive police reform on a national level.

That's because our law enforcement has unjustly targeted Black people for far too long, often using excessive force when unnecessary.

Linda, like so many Americans, is ready to see police reform. That's why she supports the Justice in Policing Act, which, among other things, would end the use of chokeholds, establish a National Police Misconduct Registry, and ban no-knock warrants for drug-related offenses.

Will you sign on as a citizen co-sponsor of the Justice in Policing Act to demand Congress makes needed changes in our law enforcement?

With momentum on our side, now is the time to take Congressional action and reform our system of policing.

Will you call for more just law enforcement by signing your name?

Thank you,

-- Team Sánchez
