These findings are very disturbing, friend.

Last month, House Republicans pushed through their extreme budget bill – passing the largest cuts to Medicaid and SNAP in history. Now, the bill is being reviewed in the Senate.

The New York Times just published a report that if passed, this bill would be among the most regressive in decades:

In fact, the bottom 10% of households would lose 3.9% in resources while the top 10% gains 2.3%. Billionaires would be rewarded with massive tax breaks while much-needed benefits would be cut for the lower and middle class. It’s unlike anything we’ve seen before and it’s inexcusable.

Republicans aren’t hiding their true intentions: working families are being hung out to dry in favor of making the rich even richer. It goes against everything our democracy should stand for, and it shows how the MAGA agenda is hurting millions of hardworking Americans.

I’ve been a fighter for working families my entire life, and I’m not stopping now. If you’re with me, chip in $3 to keep me in Congress and make sure Democrats flip the majority blue to stop this madness.

Thank you,

Nikki
