Over a third of Wisconsin’s high school students have reported feeling depressed, sad, or hopeless.

So when the Trump administration gutted funding for resources that expanded access to mental healthcare for students in Wisconsin, Tammy was quick to demand answers.

At a recent hearing, Tammy called out Education Secretary McMahon, who refused to give a reason why this funding was cut. But we already know the answer, team: so this administration can pay for tax breaks for the rich.

Tammy’s not letting the real impacts of Republicans’ horrible bill get brushed under the rug. Wisconsin students deserve better, and Tammy will continue to hold this administration and their allies accountable for the harm they’ve caused.
