Hi John,

Throughout the pandemic response, I’ve called on my colleagues in the House and Senate to ensure the next COVID-19 relief legislation addresses food insecurity across the country.

During these challenging times, it is critical that we ensure our families -- especially our children, seniors, and people with disabilities -- have access to nutritious food. Increased funding for SNAP is imperative, and we must widen eligibility for the program and ensure that our at-risk neighbors who must stay home have food brought to them.

In the coming weeks and months -- and for as long as it takes -- I will fight to end hunger. And today, I am asking you to join me.

Each week, our food banks in southeast Pennsylvania provide families, single parents, seniors, students, veterans, and children food they otherwise would not have. But with the increase in people depending on food banks to provide for their families, groups like Philabundance are doing their best to meet the demand.

John, will you give $25, $50, or whatever you can to join me in the fight to end hunger in southeast Pennsylvania? No family should go hungry. Here's the link to give to Philabundance: [link removed]

Thank you for standing with me and my team.

Stay safe,
Mary Gay
