we must stand up to China

Friend,

I just came across a poll that shows 62% of Americans believe that China is a
dangerous threat to America.

They’re absolutely right.

This pandemic has weakened the world’s economies – ours included – giving
China the perfect opportunity to flex its muscles again after President Trump
spent the last three years leading American companies, workers, and their
families on a historic run of economic growth and success.

This historic winning streak isn’t over. But it will be if our leaders in
Congress don’t defend our nation against China’s aggressive campaign to kick
the world’s economies while they’re down.

I fought in Albany and in Washington to make sure that we start seeing more
“Made in America'' labels on the products we use everyday – and we were even
able to bring NY-22’s own Sherrill Manufacturing to the White House for
President Trump’s Made in America Day in 2017!

At the same time, I worked alongside the President to make sure that Americans
know the TRUTH about China’s actions against our country, and I haven’t stopped
since leaving Washington.

China steals over $600 billion in intellectual property from American
companies each year, they routinely devalue their own currency to boost demand
for products made in China, and most recently, they threatened to cut off our
access to critical pharmaceutical drugs – during a pandemic!

Let’s do something about this, America. Here’s how we can take real steps to
protect our nation for generations to come:

By manufacturing pharmaceuticals and life-saving medical supplies here at home
rather than on Chinese soil, we can break China’s deathgrip on critical supply
chains that American companies and citizens rely on to survive.

Republican Senator Tom Cotton is working on a bill right now that will
accomplish that goal, and I look forward to fully supporting it once I’m back
in Washington.

Not only will this measure protect Americans against future pandemics, but it
will create thousands of jobs right here within our borders at the same time –
and that’s a win!

Our district and our country desperately need leadership and security in this
fight against China – and we’re not seeing either of the two from Anthony
Brindisi right now.

In fact, here’s a list of everything that Anthony Brindisi has done to protect
us against China:

It’s empty – no surprise there!

Add your name below to join me as I stand with President Trump against the
growing threat of China and to send a message to Washington that we can’t
afford to wait on this issue.
