Wednesday 9th July is *the* mass lobby day of parliament for climate 🌍🪧 

Organised by the Climate Coalition, thousands of people from every corner of the UK will be heading to Westminster to tell MPs: we want a future where people and nature thrive together. [1] Will you join them, John?

A mass lobby is when people coordinate to meet their MPs on the same day. Once you’ve signed up you’ll get more info from the Climate Coalition, including templates to help you invite your MP directly, at set times and certain locations throughout the day, depending on where you live. Some travel funds are also available once you’ve registered.

If your MP agrees to a meeting, we’re calling for bold action on three things: 

1. Deliver vital funding to communities hit hardest by climate change here and around the world 

2. Cut bills, back UK jobs, and secure a greener fairer future for all, and

3. Restore nature to create a safer, healthier future

You don’t need to be a climate campaigner - or to have met your MP before - to get involved. Once you’ve signed up there’s a bunch of resources available online and on the day, there’ll be a number of events going on and a whole crowd of people you can turn to for advice and support.

This is more than a lobbying opportunity. It's a moment to come together, connect with others and remind ourselves of the shared future we're fighting for. This is a day to feel the power of community and the hope that comes from showing up, together.
